FOWHE is Friends of West Hollywood Elementary, a parent volunteer 501(c)(3) fundraising organization that supports the educational programs for our students at West Hollywood Elementary. FOWHE is dedicated to a well-rounded education, empowerment, and enrichment of the student body at West Hollywood Elementary.
